Adoption Process
Waiting List
Joining our Waiting List gives you the opportunity to choose a kitten first, request specific characteristics, and gain access to our cattery’s breeding plans, as well as reserved time for pick-up or delivery. To be placed on our waiting list, there is a $250 non-refundable fee, which will be applied toward the total purchase price. Each client may skip a maximum of 3 opportunities when offered a kitten from PearlKittensCo. To join the waiting list, please contact us via email, and we will send you the necessary forms to fill out.
Reservation
When kittens are born, we first contact those on the waiting list to inform them about the available colors and genders. Kittens can be reserved once they reach one month of age, after receiving a health check. To reserve a kitten, you must sign a purchase agreement and place a non-refundable deposit of $500, which will be applied toward the final payment.
Pick-up/Delivery
Kittens can be picked up or delivered domestically between 11-14 weeks of age. International shipping is available once the kitten is older than 4 months. Pick-up from our cattery is free of charge. However, pick-up from an airport or your specified location will incur an additional fee. We do not support cargo shipping; instead, we offer delivery in the main cabin with a nanny. The delivery cost includes the ticket price (both ways), an animal transportation fee of $100-$150 (depending on the airline), and a labor fee of $100 per flight hour. Our delivery service includes a carrier of your choice, calming medicine, food, drinks, litter, and full support during the flight.
